Our guest house accommodates 1 family room, 2 double rooms, 1 single room and 6 twins. All our rooms are private ensuite with toiletries and towels. Each room is equipped with tea and coffee (complimentary 1st night), television with Freeview, Wi-Fi and tastefully decorated. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and making you feel at home.

Breakfast and Amenities

Our full English breakfast is cooked fresh each morning and to your liking, we also serve continental including cereals, croissants, jam, toast, yoghurts, fruit, juice, tea and coffee. We also accommodate vegetarians or any special requests (please email with requests).

Our car park is located at the front of Breeze Guest House this is complementary to all our guests staying.

Terms and Conditions

At Breeze Guest House we want you to feel comfortable and welcome in our home.

  • Our check in time is 3.30 pm to 8pm.
  • For late arrival, please contact us at breezegh@gmail.com (in advance) or +44(0)151 9332576 (same day) to arrange late check in (if we can accommodate it!).
  • Check out is 10.30 am.
  • Full, fresh and delicious breakfasts served daily, we will coordinate your time preference upon arrival.
  • Breeze Guest House is a NON-SMOKING house, smoking is permitted outside in the car park.
  • Smoking inside Breeze Guest House will unfortunately force us to charge you a £500 “we told you not to smoke” fee and transform your normally gracious hosts into grumpy hosts. Please don’t smoke.
  • We allow pets to stay with us at an extra charge of £10.00 per night. Please bring your pet sleep over kit with you.

Payments and Cancellations

We accept payment by card or by cash.

If you need to cancel your booking:

  • It can be cancelled up to 2 days before 7pm on the day of check in free of charge.
  • Bookings cancelled less than 2 days before 7pm on the day of check in will incur a charge of the first night’s stay i.e. if you arrive on a Friday you need to cancel by Tuesday before 7pm.
  • No-show policy: Your credit card will be charged the balance owed as a non-refundable penalty the day of booking.
